What age are TinkerTots Boxes for?
TinkerTots is geared for children ages 3 to 6. We suggest to always closely supervise your child and use your own judgement to determine if the items included in TinkerTots Boxes are suitable for your child. The boxes are designed to bring you quality time with your little ones and enjoy together!
What type of activities are in a TinkerTots box?
TinkerTots Boxes include five engaging, hands on activities to provide quality time with your tot. The activities are developmentally appropriate and fun for tots, yet simple and easy for caregivers to do at home! We use our experiences as moms combined with an elementary education background to create and design engaging activities for our tots that promote creativity, fine motor and other cognitive skills necessary in every child's development. All our activities can be modified to meet each child's unique needs or abilities. The activities change monthly and could include anything from painting with water colors, letter matching, threading, to sorting shapes.
How many children does one box work for?
Every box includes five individually packaged activities with enough materials for one child per activity. You can add-on a sibling box to your subscription that will ship in the same box as your subscription. A sibling box add-on will provide enough materials for two children to participate on each activity.
How does a subscription work?
Choose your plan and have your box shipped on the first of the next month. After receiving your box, your subscription will then renew on the 11th of the month. Remember, unless you are purchasing a box from the Single Box Shop, all subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled. Orders close on the 20th of the month for the following month's box.
When does my box ship?
Our subscription boxes ship on the first of the month. If the first of the month is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will ship on the following business day. Orders placed after the 20th of the month will receive their first box not the next month but the following. For example, if you order a subscription box on February 22nd you will receive the April box. All of the boxes in our Single Box Shop ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
Can you send TinkerTots Boxes as a gift?
Yes! Our Single Box Shop is separate from our subscription service and by purchasing a single box, you will only send one box that will not auto-renew. If you would like to purchase a subscription as a gift, at checkout, you would need to enter the recipients name and address if you would prefer to ship the box directly to them. You can add a personalized gift message to any box order. Please note the boxes in our Single Box Shop shop within 3-5 business days of purchase and the subscription boxes ship on the 1st of the month.

How can I cancel my subscription?
We will be sad to see you go, but you can log in to your account and select the option to cancel. You are also welcome to send us a message at email@example.com and we would be happy to assist you. You must cancel before the 11th of the month when subscriptions auto-renew. If you have committed for a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Because our boxes are sold for a specific time period, we don't offer returns. If there is an issue with your box, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you out.
Where do you ship?
We currently are only shipping within the United States.
How do I update my address or payment information?
Simply log into your account and update all of your information. If you are updating your address after the 11th of the month, please email us at hello@tinkertotsboxes so we can confirm your box is shipped to the correct address.
